Brexit…..Will it ever happen and what it means for you………….

The UK’s vote to leave the European Union will lead to the biggest split in history – with the world’s 5th largest economy (the UK) exiting the world’s largest economic grouping (the EU).

The uncertainty of how and when Brexit will be achieved is pressuring the markets. The markets being highly affected are property, trading and services by people. It could be years before we know the longer term commercial implications.

However, it is clear that we face a time of immense legal uncertainty.
This means governments and financial investors need to keep up to speed with developments and take action to minimise risks.
How can we help?

Kobalt Law LLP has spent many months exploring the legal consequences of Brexit in depth.

We have drawn up strategies for mitigating Brexit-related risks at international level.

We have produced a range of articles providing perspectives on the impact of Brexit on different areas of law and in different sectors.
As we continue to monitor the situation closely, our expert team will be ready to advise you, at each stage, on what Brexit means for your business.

So, if you have any questions,
