Oscar Valdez is a young talented and experienced Mexican Lawyer.
He qualified in 1997 and soon after incorporated his own legal firm representing private clients in Court in the areas of employment Tribunal Law, recovery of unpaid mortgages and loans for financial institutions and insurance companies, civil and commercial contracts, together with advising individuals in Criminal law.
In 2001 he finished his first Masters Degree in Economics and Company Law in the prestigious Universidad Panamericana campus Bona Terra in Mexico.
In 2002 Oscar came to London to work for an English Property Agency
In 2009 he was appointed by Stefano Lucatello as consultant in Mexican law and started advising English clients who required advice on such matters as property trusts, time shares, wills and foreign investment, in Mexico
In 2009 Oscar started his second Masters Degree in Insurance and Sports Law at Queen Mary University
of London and in February 2010 was designated external legal adviser for the Mexican Consulate in London
